What has been done to the wiring?
Does it have the original bulbs in it?
Have they been replaced with LED bulbs?
Have you checked all the fuses and bulbs to ensure they are good?
Do you have a factory service manual with the wiring diagrams?
Did the tail light work before?
Did the turn signals work before?
Have you done anything to the lighting system?
Have you done anything to the hand control switches?
You may or may not have two separate issues or they may be a combination of one or more factors.
