Yes..it was just a movie and yesthe sporty is the cheapest to wreck.
The movie had its funny scenes...the best being the rolling credit scene...HomeMakeover USA...if only the rest of the movie was that good?
The one thing that Ireally appreciated was Tim Allen's characterwifewanting him to go on the ride, atleast they point out that not all wives are anti-motorcycle. Most wives that I knowhave the "get the "F" out of here so I can have some time withmy friends"mentality. Oh..yeah the scenary was great...The Missouri mountains seemed a little too large.

I can kind of relate to William Macy's character Dudley where I am not, at this time, a very good rider on my Sportster. Dudley seems to be the less experienced of a biker, crashes alotand also doesn't have the bigger bikes as the other characters do.
I don't go by a movie having to realistic in order to enjoy it. A movie is to entertain me, through whatever means even if inaccurate. Even a "reality" show can be fake with all the extra "drama" the cast of those shows perform.
If I am watching a educational show or where I expect the show is about the accurate history about something then I expect it to be accurate. A war documentary on the History Channel, I expect as much accuracy and truths as possible. A Hollywood war movie, I don't expect 100% realism.
Giving too much thought about a movie, such as thinking that a big explosion on the screen that is there to entertain the audienceshould realistically be a small explosioncan ruin a fun movie to watch because a director isn't there to test how smart people are. He's there to make an entertaining movie, not an educationalor accuratemovie.
