I'll ask the service dept. if they can share the pics. I've never opened the engine myself as I don't have any mechanical engineering experience.

 

Folks, just to update you one last time: the bike was returned to me with the new engine on Saturday, and I've been enjoying it since. Once the engine was shipped, it took two days to arrive and another two days to install and test. A pretty quick turnaround. I can happily say this case is now closed. I’d like to give credit to the dealership and Harley for sorting it out, and to express my gratitude to all of you who supported me here on the forum.

Good to know this was all sorted out ASAP. I am just doggedly interested in what is causing the cam chain tensioner issues. There are other bikes with similar issues just look at BMW's record. But I keep hearing about this issue with Rev Max bikes and all anyone seems to know is "they fixed it". It also seems to effect a relatively small number of bikes.

 

The word is FEELING, not "filling". Enough is enough
