With slips you shouldn't need to adjust anything.
I put the slips on my 883L and it's perfect. \\; The guy at the dealer said not to worry about having to mess with anything unless you notice a lot of backfire after install. \\; I haven't had it backfire once.
So to answer your question, you shouldn't have to anything except install unless you notice backfiring after install. \\; But chances are you should be ok.

My 883R ran OK with just the V&\\;H slip-ons fitted (standard air cleaner), although there \\;was some popping on deceleration and the engine ran pretty hot.

I don't think the MoCo provide a remap for slip-ons alone, only for slip-ons plus higher flow air cleaner.
