Sound is so subjective....here is a thread I created a while back to to get some idea of the look and sound of different pipes. Vids probably do not give the pipe any justice but it is just more info to educate yourself.
https://www.hdforums.com/forum/sport...nd-videos.html

I ended up with 3" Rush with 2.25" baffles (required in my state to pass safety). I also installed DK Customs W158 TTIs. Not the loudest but it is very loud and it sounds great with a deep rumble. I was around bikes everyday at the dealership and the Rush sounded louder and better than many, even the 2-1s. The loudest seem to be drag pipes or short shots but IMO it is does not have that deep rumble. I also heard that they are hard to tune.

Just another opinion.

Default Don’t

Or you could just not be a ***** about loud pipes and understand that people really do avoid being hit because people hear them coming. Cry about it more bitch.

or.

you could just keep the pipes you have and not cram yourself into some stereotypical role that is only impressive to idiots who wear the same goddamned uniform as you.

ok i'm done pouring realism all over this thread.

I love my Tab Performance with the zombie baffle. Deep and loud, but not ear-splitting loud.

Eh, it's a girl's bike anyway.
It all depends on what type of oil you put in it. I use mink oil.

The loudest best sounding exhaust is always attached to a lumpy cammed, high compression, head ported fire breathing dragon Xl hop up.

I mentioned in another thread the bike I almost got hit on the most was a Honda Goldwing. It wasn't the size it was because the bike was to quiet.
