good luck with that endeavor.
if you have hd dunlops, take a close look at the sidewall. you'll notice a 1.5/2 inch ribbed section that makes a perfect circle around the tire.
well if you clean that section with denatured alcohol, and tape it off (so only the ribbed section is showing), you can use exterior latex house paint (satin finish) to add white-walls. you'll need to do about 4-6 coats to get it fully covered.
check out my gallery to see pics of the results. the front tire went 30,000 miles without the paint coming off. i used the best latex paint lowes carries. a gallon should cover about 40 billion tires.
