05 sportster custom with baffles (SE) and my wife (total 400 lbs) about 113 maybe 115.
Without baffles (wife on board) about 118-120 tops.
I like it with baffles for that low end wheelieng through 3rd. So I keep em in for now.
Did a 650 mi round trip through the rain/snow at 75 to 95 with wife on board last week and only got a lil freaky around the passes with big rigs right next to me and my bubble shield fogging up all the time.

I was "told" by the mechanic that did the upgrade on mine,(Worth Harley davidson in K.C. Kansas), that mine would do 135mph in a heartbeat. I'll never know for sure as my nads have shrunk alot over the years. [:-] Haven't had it over 95mph, & that was only once.

I've done 110, but only for a short stint. I have enough points on my license already. It got there really fast and satisfied me that there was more HP there when I needed it. That's all I really needed to know. My days of running from the cops like I did growing up in TX are over. They actually arrest you when they catch you in CA instead of going out for beers.

I just sold my 03 Kawi Zx-636 and I had that up to 160+ with more to go. That is the reason that I sold it and ordered my new 1200C this week. I have a 9 month old and I need to be around to teach him to ride some day.
That And after I got off of the crotch rocket I couldn't walk and my back was in pain. Its not fun to ride if it hurts all the time.
