my 2000 XL1200S Before I changed the bars to drags, and relocated the signals and removed the front fender. I plan on getting some drag pipes, forward controls, rear fender chop and God knows what else.

Any 1200S owners still kicking around on the forums? There are certainly some nuances to this particular model that I have run into as I make it my own.

That red coil and wires on that red bike sounded familiar. I had to go back and check my messages to see if that was the set I sold a while back. They look nice!

Nice bikes! Below is my bike when I picked it up, still stock (also my profile picture). I will try to get some updated pictures soon!

Really like the look of the red wires on your bike. From subsequent posts it looks like you bought them form another member on here? Was it anymore difficult with the dual plug heads, or just more wires?

Has anyone on here done a coil relo on this bike?

Thank you. Yes I did buy them from a fellow forum member; I got lucky b/c I'd never seen the red ones until I saw Bob's bike here. If by difficult your referring to the installation, no it's an easy install. I removed the tank and did the plugs at the same time.
