Default Has anyone switched to a mini electric speedometer?

I have been trying to figure out what to do with my stock speedometer/riser for over a year. I just hate the large one-piece pullback riser on the sportster C model.

I am thinking about mounting a mini speedometer in a less noticable location. Anyone switched to a mini speedo such as this one:

You do you realize that while the ad says "Harley Style", this speedo does not work using the standard Harley Data Bus signal that drives the stock speedo, right?

FYI, the forum is also full of NEGATIVE threads regarding Demons Cycles.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't have any idea about the difference in signal, I assumed it would be a matter of just splicing in. Thanks for the heads up.

Yes yes yes! After reading all the member's accounts of this company, I will never ever patron them and will do my best to make sure everyone else does the same.
