that looks great , i love the stock nightster , but seeing what people can do , is really interesting , great picture journal of a seriously cool bobber . thanks

I didn't know you could just remove the mufflers just like that. Thought it would mess some **** up....

Cool ****!! Where did all e wirings under e tank go to?! Did u relocate e ignition as well? How?!

sorry it took me so long to get back to everyone with questions...was in Alabama helping with the clean up after the Tornado and storms. i am from north bama where the storms hit family and friends homes...

i did a 2in tank lift so that i could tuck all the wires and connectors under the tank. i then removed some of the wire loom and used an L bracket to run the harness for the ignition switch. there is a ground on the back side of the trans where you can mount it.

i will try to get some pics of the mounting of the ECM. it was very simple i just removed the plastic when i chopped the fender and then zip-tied it to the frame.

the shocks are stockers but i cleaned them very well and then scuffed them with a scotch pad. cleaned them again and then painted them with flat black paint.

you dont have to move anything but i thought that it would look better with out the speedo sticking up higher than the bars. its really easy to do but i cant remember the part number for the bracket that i used.
