Default corrosion

i bout a 2004 xl 883 and it has a lot of corrosion on the wheels i tried a lot of things to get it off any ideas on how to get it off?

sand blast lol then powder coat them. but really which wheel do you have?

Steel wool on the unpainted parts of aluminum mags and fork lowers,,
Won't cure deep pitting but cleans em up good XD

Go to Lowes or Home Depot. Buy MURIATIC ACID and a spray bottle. Spray your wheels a few times. Gone

Blue Magic Metal Polish Cream..... work's wonder's on chrome, alum. Leaves a silicone film for protection as well.

MURIATIC ACID? really i'll have to try it whats the worse thing that can
happen mess them up and use it as an excuse to get some new wheels for fathers day
