I've got the SE 1200 kit on my '03, but I have no idea what jets are in it. I can tell you, go high and work down. My bike ran fine with the SE air cleaner on it, but I recently threw on an Arlen Ness Double Barrel (cause I've only ever seen like 2 bikes on the web with them), and now my bike kinda stumbles if I goose it on the freeway or while going up hill. I'm gonna shoot 1, maybe 2 jets sizes larger. Not sure if simply adding a washer or two under the main needle would do it though.
If I get into mine soon, I'll let you know what I'm currently running.
Wanna make a world of difference? Swap your ignition out for the Dyna 2000i and level 4 (most aggressive)...yeah buoy

Return the Dyno Jet kit and get your money back.
Buy a 45 pilot and 180 main jet, they're about $3.00 ea. If you have to adjust one up or down, it's only another $3.00.

Heres a PDF at NRHS Performance web site. Paragraph 11 has your answer.

Take it apart and start over. Follow those instructions I posted. Good Luck!

If you use Cometic gaskets (and some other makes) You do not use O-rings around the dowels.

There is no certainty a 150 tyre will solve that problem! What brand of tyre is the 130/90 and what age is it? There are markings on the sidewall that give the date when it was made. Stock tyres will cope with the power most tuned Sporties can throw at it.
