Default Rigid Mount Bags

So after switching to a solo seat at ditching the sissy bar, I realized I have no where to keep my junk when I go on trips. I have a fork bag, but don't really like the look of it. I bought a sissy bar bag, but it won't fit on my luggage rack over the fender. I have some extra cash and was looking into rigid mount bags. I had a pair of cheap throw overs last year, but I want something that can bolt onto the bike.

Any suggestions for a good type or brand? I am pretty biased towards Saddlemen. They have some rigid mount bags on Denniskirk for $360.

I have U.S. Saddlebags bags. They are very nice. Fortunately, I was able to pick them up second hand here on the forums rather than pay full retail. However, I do think they are worth full retail.

I've got the E-Z brackets on my bike with soft bags. I'm looking for a set of rigid bags myself. I'll be watching this thread to see what comes up in it...

Are you sure you couldn't mount a Biker's Friend bag?

I should get them Thursday. I'll let you know how the installation went and how they look.

Are there any hard mount saddle bags out there that you don't have to relocate the brake/turn signals on a nightster?

I purchased HD Leather Locking Saddlebags Item #5305010 for my Sportster and am very disappointed. The leather is not smooth, they leak water thru the lock and the rivets are breaking. Still under warranty and waiting on response from Harley.

With these you install your stock lights in the bags.
