Question Progressive 412 Install

Finally getting around to installing the 12" Progressive 412s on my Iron, bought them back in Nov/Dec time frame and they've just been sitting. Had some time to kill so I figured it was time.

Install is pretty straight forward and simple, I just had one question to those of you that have already completed this mod.

Did you reinstall the stock Stud Cover on the top eyelet? When installing the first shock and using the shouldered 1/2" sleeve and 1/2" spacer that the instructions said to use it looks like the Stud Cover is going to dig into the fender arm. I backed off and took the stud cover off and continued with the install.

Just curious as to what others have done and if they've had that same problem.

Figured it out. Right after making the first post I went and had another look at it. I had the damn spacer on the wrong side of the stud cover....

That's what I get for trying to work on the ride after a 14 hour mid shift
