Hello All
Just wanted to post a little intro thread. Figure this would be the best place since I'll spend most of my time in here.
Well I got myself a 2003 883C Sportster about a month ago. I would have posted this earlier, but I was too busy enjoying the ride
Got my MSF course finished up about a month ago, on Sunday, and on Thursday I bought the bike from a local Kawasaki dealer. Got a pretty good deal on it I think.
Bike is running good, had to get acquainted with the warm-up when I thought there was something wrong with it. Changed up the oil, and air filter, and had to replace the backlight bulb when it went out. Next up is changing the Transmission Oil. Bought the bike at 6555 miles, now with about 7200. I don't have as much time as I would like to ride, but I make due. (Work 4-5 class 6-9)
I'm 21 from Buffalo going to University at Buffalo, I guess sterotypical I should get a crotch rocket, but they are so uncomfortable, and I have no interest in zipping around cars on the highway. I should also mention, while I was born in Queens, NY my parents are from India, and its always funny seeing the other harley guys do a double take when I take my helmet off. Although pretty much everyone has been cool to me.
