Default Shocks Shocks Shocks

I can imagine there are very few people on here still running the stock shocks. What shocks are you running and what length? I currently have some Progressive 412's 11.5" but looking to go to 12.5" or 13". How big of a difference would an extra inch make both in comfort and in looks?

I have the Progressive 440's in 13" with HD springs. I can't comment on the ride yet as I'm down for the Winter and haven't ridden with them yet.

if you do a search it seems there was a thread on putting touring air shocks on sportys , the 13" ones and the 12" ones . you can get them cheap on ebay .there is also a thread telling how to change the oil to diffrent weights to improve the ride,

Think you could post a picture of your bike from the side? I want to see how different it looks, height wise, compared to the stock look.

Visually it doesn't look much different. This is all I've got. It's also on a jack so the shock is fully extended:

ETA: I have the Ricor Intiminators in the front, so I went with the 440's so I'd have the same IAS technology in the rear.
