Side mount plate holder?
The tail light is awesome and cleans up the back end for sure...BUT...
Does anyone know who makes the side mount license plate in the pics that HOGdiver posted on the previous page?
The license plate holder on the black arm mounted from the fender rail covers?
That is a great addition to help clean up the back end for sure!

I had this brake light on my 07 XLC with a chopped fender. It looked nice and installed easily, but I would never want it as my only brake light like some of these guys are running it. It's not the brightest thing in the world, but I was running it with a brake/run/turn module along with my rear signals so I had 3 brake lights.

Chopped Fender Edge Tail Light
[QUOTE=lumberjacker;9320628]Chopped Fender Edge Light 73420-11
anyone tried one of these? i was wondering how hard it is to put on yourself?
It's not hard to installed them yourself, I just did mine today (it take about 30 min max). Some comes with interconnect adapter, that plugs into the main wire from the battery to the side brake/signal light wires. Some just comes with the tail light w/black, green, and red wires. Just get a quick splice connector ($5.00 at Amazon) and splice it with the Black, Blue/yellow, and red wires and you're good to go. Just don't
forget to secure the wire under the fender (I used 3M tape to secure them, it should hold just fine, if you don't have the clips w/adhesive on the back.

I do have shorter shocks, has anyone else had this issue? Maybe I bought the wrong light?
