Overseas - HELP - 2012 XL1200C no mods, 1250 mi P0264
I am overseas in Sicily, repair will be expensive- think dealer will have to diagnose, tried the simple stuff; anything I missed? Warranty is hard - takes long long time; euro to dollar 1E - $1.75. Just had 1k mi service done 330mi ago. Riding hwy, no accel, bike suddenly lost power, check engine light lit. Crawled home with it - was giving p0264 Fuel Injector High EFI. At the time also the P154 no activity O2. It now only throws P0264, rear cylinder always cold to touch; think O2 was due to no combustion/near no combustion in rear cyl.
Already done: - Spark plugs firing, but swapped spark plugs also
- read rear injector: 14 ohms - assuming good
- disconnected alternator (system was 14.3VDC running w/alt) still at 12VDC DTC set
- wiggled every wire possible, disconnected/reconnected all
- rear temp sensor was 10k ohms cold, moved slightly as front cyl warmed during short run test; disconnected did throw code- assuming good
ground checks at:
- measured bat ground to chasis ground 1.2 ohms
- measured voltage reg chasis to bike chasis 0.03 ohms
- measured fuel injector (both wires) to ground, ign off, 2-3 kohms or higher - assuming good
voltage checks at:
- measured voltage at rear injector - little over 12VDC, pin-pin; however switches off with out engine running, also since disconn at time sets the below P0263
- running rear injector disconnected - throws both P0263 and P0264 - seems strange, a short and open at same time??
Been through all that, must be ECU? Sucks all is slow trying to piece together getting help, still waiting word back from military car sales for warranty approval, etc. Bought to replace used bike needing some standard maint, didn't know I'd get a brand new dead one! Any help greatly appreciated (all repair manuals on order; will take weeks to get to FPO).

New ECU... waiting for Harley to reimburse the 500 Euros paid for it... stalled twice on me on the way home; once up hill and it almost was totalled from the Fiat that almost hit me, then on the highway doing 60. Made sure it wasn't the security keys at the house by moving them away... but once I shut the bike off, the starter no longer worked! Bad ground? or another bad replacement ECU? Sold the Honda for a reliable Harley... is there such a thing? still under 1300 miles; less than 1.5 driving hours after new ECU. Still waiting the mail for my repair manuals........
