Hi, all. I'm new to this site, and just have a quick question. I installed a set of Straightshot HS pipes on my 06 1200, and within two months the heat shield on the front headpipe fell off. All the tabs that hold it broke the welds off, its like the weldshad no penetration. I've been waiting for18 weeks for a new shield, and my dealer keeps saying backorder. I tried to contact V@H directly, but they say they don't ship to Canada, I have to go through my dealer. Have any of you guys had a problem with V@H over warranty, and if sowhat did you do to resolve it?

I've not had a warranty issue with them, but I would say that their customer service is .... errr..... "under-developed". They seem pretty slow to respond and when they do, it's with limited information. I don't feel particularly valued by them...
