I would highly recommend a Power Commander 5 from Fuelmoto with a pre-loaded tune for your parts. Matt will surely have one.

As far as a auto tuner you can try the Power Vision version.

Fuelpak is an actual fuel management by Vance and Hines, but it seems like you were just referring to tuners in general.
If you just have the exhaust installed and are not planning on changing out your stock air filter to a higher flow set up, I would buy a set of X14's thru the link provided in the post above mine.

Yes, tuners in general. I am going to try the x14iED and see if they work. But, the ad says to be used with OEM programming and mine already has a download for rush mufflers because my dealership is full of tools. I'm hoping it works anyway.

The IED's are nothing but Radio Shack resistors soldered into a harness that snaps into the existing O2 sensor plugs. Rip off. You could make these things yourself for $20 bucks max.

I just purchased a Power Vision from Fuel Moto. Been logging and modifying the map Jamie sent for the past 2 days. My XL1200C has the Heavy Breather and S/E 50 state slip-ons and stage 1 download. It had a terrible miss in cruise ranges between 25 - 35 mph. Turns out it was at about 2100-2300 rpm at around 5% throttle (as noted during real time logging with the PV). The second remap seems to have cured it.
I tried ViEDs for 100 miles but for some reason my bike was too out of whack for them to help. So they are a decoration it my spare parts now. I am sure they would work on a bike that was not so far off tune.
