Race Tech make Emulators, which supposedly emulate the damping action of cartridge type forks (used on most Jap and European sporty bikes). Ricor make Intiminators (daft name!) which are similar in concept, but different in detail. If you google those names you should find their websites.

Plus the Ricor Intiminators used to be 299 dollars or something like that, they recently lowered prices to like 180 for 39 mm Intiminators.

I aim for potholes now.

Change your Low damper rods to Roadster damper rods, get some new (better) springs and you will have an R front end minus the dual disc.
SuperLow forks are shorter than Roadster.

Also springs WILL raise the front end - I've done it! The reason is very simply that stock springs are very soft and when sitting on my SuperLow (I am not very heavy) the forks sagged 2/3rds of their total travel. Correcting sag, by using spacers and preferably correct grade springs, will reduce sag and raise ride height.

This is correct. I guess what I meant is that properly adjusted springs compared to properly adjusted springs shouldn't affect ride height that much. These suspensions are horrible from the factory and feel like different bikes once they're set up right.
