Default Smart Siren II Connector

Folks - I have a 2008 Sportster Low. I purchased the Smart Siren II kit at the dealer and tried to install it and cannot seem to find the right harness connector. Under the battery cover is a square 3 pin connector with a dust cap that I assume is the plugin.
Unfortunatly, the 2 supplied cables have;
1. A triangular 3 pin connector
2. A oval connector (identified as the post 2007 version)

Am I missing something here or an I not finding the right cable harness connector?

Thanks,

AL

Question No Luck with this

Same here the 3 pin connector does not seem to fit nicely.

I bought the correct harness and i m trying to install it on a 3 pin connector under my sportster seat. I asked the dealer and he confirmed that this is the accessory connector.

No luck. ANyone s got a solution for this?

hi there you need too pull the battery out and the connector you need is in front of the battery on the frame down tube .

You shouldn't need to pull the battery. But the connector will be zip-tied to the harness forward of the battery. It will be an oval shape and have a cap on it. Cut the zip-tie and then you will be able to pull the connector out.
