Sparkplug question
Make sure you put a light coating of anti-seize on the spark plug threads to keep them from galling the threads in the heads. It will make it a lot easier to remove them next time. Also a good idea to torque the plugs when installing.

is it also possible for you to plug a battery tender in? that may help keep your voltage up perfectly for cold starts. if you had a tender plug connected to the battery you could easily check the voltage in the morning if you had a volt meter....you can get a cheap one at harbor freight that will at least let you know if you are on the low side in the morning. plugs should help and also maybe you have been getting crappy fuel....try a different gas station. plugs are a cheap thing to change and bad plugs will make the bike not want to start and when running it may not run as well as it should.
good luck and hope you get it sorted out
