I just haven't had the need yet. I did download it on a laptop but not my dyno computer. Then I started hearing of issues with the new update replacing all the other SEPST MAPs on the computer. Even custom ones so I figured ill avoid the update. I just have to change a dat in a .txt file once a month and not be connected to the internet when I open the software. So far ive had no issues so at this point I see no reason to do anything different. I tune at least 8 bikes a month with it

Chad, I can only speak as to my personal experiences and have the latest "greatest?" software version and have updated each and every time without losing any cals.
That said I always save the custom cals into a separate, unique place...like its own folder.
Maybe that's why I haven't lost any?

I save them separately as well. I guess when the updates were first released I was Leary of the changes so my plan was to wait and see if others reported any problems. Never really heard of any (other than losing cals) but I wasn't having any problems running the older version so I never bothered with it. If they can't sell SEPST anymore I didn't figure they would continue to support the software.

So Chad(?) you have better tunes available as they're less EPA dedicated ?
I'm getting an 18 Street Bob that won't help me though ?
Cheers man.

Im not sure if the Super Tuner will have calibrations for the 2018's. TTS does though.

TTS =Full-featured tuner with large library of base tunes for popular builds.
No locks or restrictions like the SE Street Tuner.

I'll clarify myself here Chad we here in Australia can use the Pro Super Duper tuner and still keep warranty , my plan is to get AC and cans and a TT-100 or TT-150 from Steve and tune it with the race/super dooper tuner for best results and a full warranty. Even if I have to send my tuner to you or Steve for a fee to get that done I'm good if you guys are or is it just a down load? I'm IT gumby.
What is known about the TT-150 ?
