TTS Base Maps - Is a dyno tuner still needed?
My bike: 2017 Ultra Limited 107 M8 with a Stage II kit.
High Flow header and pipes - V&H Power Duels
High Flow AC - Arlen Ness
RS-468 Cam
TTS Mastertuner
Sorry if this has been talked about somewhere else. I'm really getting beat up by my dealership and their tuning shop. I know that the guys at TTS do a lot of testing and tweaking to get a good map into the Mastertuner so do i really need to take the bike to the dealership to have them tweak the tune. My dealership uses the TTS tuner in it's dyno booth.
I'm trying to get a good tune into my bike and have spent a lot of money and time trying. here is a quick summary.
March 2018 first tune, Dyno showed 104hp and 117 Torque - great numbers real happy. Tune was crazy rich and cooked the rear O2 sensor and ECM threw code PO152.
Dealer picked up and when returned and i got 101hp and 113 Torque - ok, still happy with that. Drove the bike 20 miles and got popping on decel and chuging on low RPM, dealer said cam and tune needed to break in....ok they don't want to deal with me anymore.
Took bike to another dealer 3hr away they replaced the O2 sensor under warranty, did a tune that got me 100hp and 110 torque, seemed to work fine but i'm down numbers at this point, way down from what TTS saw and what Zippers saw with their dyno runs.
I wanted a quieter pipe after doing a 4000mile ride and put on the SE headers and street cannons, original dealer re-tuned bike and now the numbers are 103hp and 104 torque...really, and the check engine light came on again showing PO152 code, i rest it and rode the bike again and it hasn't come back but i'm nervous it's still not right.
Can someone from TTS or another member give me some advise, it costs me $500 every time i have it tuned i just don't know what i should do. is the TTS map all i need to use?

You need to check the engine for sumping.
I think you need to expand your search for a more qualified tuner as well.
The dyno sheet you posted has 3 runs all within 45 seconds. It looks like the engine as well as the dyno room was really warming up as power dropped during each consecutive run.
The fact that the correction factor is in STD is of no significance IMO.
I wouldn’t expect earth shattering numbers from your exhaust selection.

Based on the OP the bike runs ok now but scared somethings going to go **** up at any time. I don’t blame you. I’m scared for you. ;-)
When a bike is tuned properly, unless another sensor, etc has gone bad, there is nothing but blissful riding in any and all conditions. Period.
I suggest, as mentioned above, to search out the dyno guy everyone swears by in your area (within a days ride).
