awesome, I'm thinking we won't have the Saturday night dinner at this point, not sure if there are enough of us to warrant it. We will do the BBQ cookout on Friday night and we can always do it again Saturday night.

 

Are the sheriff/prison/airport guys coming up? Can't remember exactly what they did, but really enjoyed those guys...

 

Will be great to see you Tom. I have been working near your neck of the words for the last few months. Along SR62 about 5 miles from US17.

 

That is fine Lauren. I am just ready to get away from it all for a while. Can't be soon enough for me.

 

We are not near any restaurants so I was thinking that apart from the cookout Friday, whenver we go riding and get lunch we should get a dinner too and we can all heat them up in our microwaves, or some groceries to make a sandwich or whatever. Palatka downtown is about 4 miles away and again I don't know what is or what is not open. It's a main road run to downtown Palatka so I don't think critters are a problem, but it could be pouring so I am thinking contingency plans.

Consider that when riding up on Thursday, bring your dinner with you. Alternatively, we can ride to dinner early evening but remember it gets dark early so if you don't like night riding then that's not a good option. The hotel has no bar either right now so BYOB. They do sell sodas, chips, candy bars and ice cream so snacks not a problem.

 

There is a room we can sit in that has dinner tables so we don't have to eat in our rooms, plus there are outdoor seating areas.

I’ll be joining you guys for a Saturday ride. I live in Jax beach and will head over first thing Saturday morning. If you haven’t planned any routes yet for lunch, I know the whole area well and have lots of suggestions

Dinner Saturday night is cancelled, we'll just do cookouts for those that want to join and contribute.
