Ace Cafe in Orlando is worth stopping at if you're passing through. Thursday's are bike nights.

Along with a trip down to Cocoa Beach, you could always stop at Kennedy Space Center. It's off US1 south of Titusville. Take US 405 straight to the visitor center. I used to be stationed there and used to re-enlist my teammates either at the visitor center or on one of the shuttle pads (39A or 39B). Pretty cool place!
