Thoughts on DB bike week ----
As I get grayer and slower, the less I can handle the huge throngs at the larger / more popular spots (Iron Horse on Sunday I had to leave without one beer - just too much -- love the place when I can drink inside on a bar stool. Went nowhere near Main St at all. Spent some time end of the week and One Horse Saloon, Last Resort (bike show was good), Hidden Treasure, Dog House and Chris's lounge. Also, just a thought that this year was much smaller turnout than previous years.

Nice ride today, 400 miles, Delray to Naples via 95 to Sawgrass to 75 then 41 North and home on 75 and the Turnpike, lunch at the Capri Fish House.

 

I rode from my new home in Winter Haven to Punta Gorda for a BBQ lunch. There was a sign saying free drinking lessons? lol

Next week Ill probably take the jet ski for a spin

 

Hmmm, I don't remember getting that invite. Or even to Italy. Sheesh! Some people.

Just did about 120 miles out to Shrimp-R-Us & more in Welaka for lunch and back so I can take Big Sister in for it's 1K Service.

Nice ride although a little windy, good lunch and just a short sprinkle on way back but not enought to get wet.

Finished today with 981 on odometer after two weeks and two days. For me that is not too bad.

The run to Sandford for service at Seminole Harley on Saturday will put it well over 1K.

Tomorrow is chore day so wont get to ride much, if any.

Awww, I can't stay mad at UKLauren, I LOVE HER! Have not ridden yet. Will be going to the beach and teaching a bunch of bikers adv motorcycle riding skills. You got it outta me.
