I have no personal experience but I checked their site when I was shopping 2 years ago. You can do much better in the private market if you're patient. Good luck either way.
Super nice people work there but it's the most over priced stealership I've ever been to. Period.
We've bought many new bikes from SC HD, this after being let down by another HD dealer who we were loyal to and bought more than a dozen new bikes (between the two of us), from who in the end showed us made no difference than buying from anyone else.
I don't want to sound like a shill for them, don't get me wrong, they are still a Harley dealer, full of sheot when negotiating, you just have to stay firm on what they are selling is worth and what you will pay but the biggest benefit for the buyer is they have tremendous turn over of their staff who are so hard pressed to sell.
This is for the managers too, if they don't make the numbers, they are g... o... n... e..., they also have the biggest selecting of bikes I've seen for a Harley dealer in this state anyway.
It makes for serious motivation on them to negotiate a deal if they think you are serious.
We have bought new Harley's from them without even going there as they will deliver the new bike to your house and pick up your trade-in.
On two occasions, we signed the papers for the new bikes right in our garage.
The other drawback with them is that the bikes they have advertised on their website are not always in stock, they don't do such a great job of keeping it current...

I've overheard their sales people speaking to customers and high pressure would be an understatement.

On more than one occasion the salesman told us they were almost terrified that if they didn't make a bike sale they would be out of a job, not to mention the way I heard the upper management in service talk down to the lower staff members was unbelievable, it was so abusive I even spoke up and said something.
The sales guys call at random every other month or so saying they have an event going on and for us to come down.
Not that we go very often because it's about 3 hours from Daytona, one way, when I happen to be in the area I go to see what they have in stock, when we do, every single person we spoke to on our last visit to them they tell us is long gone, only the GM Steven Wright remains.

It must really suck to work there...
This was about five years ago:
Sales guy: With your down payment the monthly payment would be $500
Customer: I really want to be at $350
Sales guy: Can you put more down payment on credit cards or borrow from someone?
