Default Chuck - "rain rider"

Chuck, you will (should) be happy to know my GPS revived once all the rain water evaporated out of it. It was touch and go for a while but It looks like it will live to see another rain storm. I have no idea how yours keeps working under water like that. That was one hell of a downpour.

Like I mentioned, you may want to put some dielectric grease on the
electrical connections....both the power and audio output.
I don't know of any bad things that could happen...except maybe dirt sticking
to the grease and entering through the audio port????
Other than that, My Garmin 760 is exposed to the same elements
yours is, and I have had mine going on 5 years. I used it on a sporty,
a fatboy, a Yamaha Grizzly ATV and now my Ultra.
The touch screen is getting kind of scratched up and hard to see
in direct sun light. I may have to upgrade soon.
Glad yours dried out.

Chuck
