Ya know...I actually suggested something like that to them yesterday and OMG you'd a thunk I'd asked them to give me a free oil change or something!

Hey Bill how are things progressing

 

Bike - still broke and still at the dealer. Supposedly they have all the parts. Supposedly I will have it back this coming week. Supposedly the tooth fairy lives at Disney world with tinker bell too.

Job wise - I'll be without one indefinitely in about 4 weeks.

This retired life really sucks about now.

Called the dealer this afternoon and they had they had JUST gotten done putting it back together and detailing it.
They hauled it here to my house for me in their trailer - free of charge!

Looks and handles better than I thought it would. Even better than the 2 minutes I was on it the last time!
Had my Daughter put my Gremlin Bell on it before I got on it as well!
Spent about 2 hours on it riding up and down the street, shifting between 1st 'n 2nd, this afternoon getting used to handling it a little. Ended up putting 8 miles on it, for a grand total of "24" miles!
However, the 8itc# down the street who is the biggest thorn in my @$$ around here saw me on it, and I could see her mouthing "OH MY GOD, He got a D@M# Motorcycle"! Oh Well!!!
Anyway, I attached a few pictures.

Might, and I do repeat "MIGHT" get out on tomorrow beyond the street, but still well in the neighborhood. Bill

That's excellent news kid! Don't hurry yourself trying to prove anything to anyone, we're just ribbin' ya for fun. Glad to hear your taking it slow and learning with a no pressure, relaxed atsmophere. BTW. that neighbor of yours sounds like a real whining bitch. What business is it of hers? Beside you still have stock exhaust so its quiet as a sewing machine.
