Watched it again a couple of times. These guys really were not going that fast. My first thought was speeding dipshits, but I would now agree; he must have been fixated on the car. I guess he didn't have much time to to take it all in, but I definitely would have risked moving right .. into my buddies path, than head on into a car.

Looks like target fixation to me. He is in the corner well on his side of the lane till he sees the car then he straightens up and runs right into it.

Looks to me as he did not stay in his lane, as a sports bike rider first rule of thumb always stay on the inside of your lane and when in doubt stab it!!!!
