Last time pulled over by a Cop was doing 85 in a 60 MPH Zone No idea why he pulled me over ... LOL

 

The helmet law specifies that if you don't have a minimum of 10,000 worth of health insurance, you must wear a helmet. But the cops don't pull you over to ask. Especially in Miami. They have too many other things to worry about.

 

Just Dave summed up everything I was going to say, he clarly stated all that is important. I also 2nd the sport bikes (obvious reasons in my opinion) Another thought is why wouldn't you want to wear your helmet? My brothers and sisters here know why I would ask such a question, you do not really want to know why although you should.

 

The girl that is going with me has never been down that way and i have some relatives there, so i thought i would take her there.

I have to recommend a helmet in Miami and Broward, the new arrivals are dangerous drivers, not on purpose, just because they are ignorant, also in Palm Beach, the Q tips and blue hairs will run your *** over in slow motion and not even know it.

I have never had a problem with the cops. But my friend, who is black, wears no helmet and has a GSXr (with a paint job done by a wagners house sprayer) gets pulled over quite often...can't figure that one out yet.

I heard on the news last week that for a couple of days 49 of the 50 states were reporting snow on the ground, which meant that all 50 states had people driving 30mph on the highways.
