Knock on wood...only a few in Sarasota area last 2 days.

 

Went out yesterday and today and did not see a one around Lakeland.

 

Seen a bunch of them flying around in Pensacola this past weekend, but none on my bike... Yet!

 

They are still in Volusia County (Daytona area).

Just a few left around here. They peaked about 2 weeks ago.

 

Largo to Rivers Edge in Gib Town over the Skyway yesterday none at all.

 

They seem to have gotten sparse up here in the St. Augustine area. Not nearly as bad as they were a week or so ago.

 

Rode the Suncoast Parkway up to SR52 Sunday afternoon/evening, only had a few. Drove the Suncoast up to SR50 today in my truck and they were everywhere. Spent an hour washing the truck tonight. Damn things....

 

Here we have swarms of 'no-see-ums'. Literally a million of tiny gnats will swarm into bug 'tornados' anywhere near a river or lake and they like to ride the warm air that comes off the road near said bodies of water. They WILL get in your helmet and shirt/jacket too. Good times.
