So, what's going on here? Why did the rank structure change back again? Trial period?

 

The moderators must have got lit up with a bunch of bitching about the names. I guess some people take that really seriously mabe they even have HD form patches with all of the rankes on there vest and they whould have to change it. Personally I dont see what the big deal about the rank names.

 

Nope, not a big deal. Just trying to figure out what's been going on the past couple of days. As I understood it, they were swaying from the "club references" yesterday, but back to them today. Oh well...As I said before, it's a free forum, just follow the rules...

Hey Loner.....thats funny....HD Forum ranking badges! A members ranking is not something that I make a conscious effort to look at, UNTIL someone brings it up on here....

 

The Rankings have always been here. I wanted to change them to Whiners and Extreme Whiners but figured I'd caught enough hell yesterday with the Junior and Intermediate Riders badges. Can you believe we had members that were going to quit over a damn title (either the way it is now or what I changed them to).

So I assume NewB and WannaB won't work either?

The Rankings really only show how much you post. I spend a lot of time on the forums, but generally only respond when I think I can help out.

Rising in the rankings should be pretty easy. Just welcome all of the new members in each of the forums on a daily basis - that will get the post count up.

 

I like the NewB and WannaB titles. I wonder if Terry would consider adding RUB in there somewhere too???????
