Ride to Wheels Through Time Museum!!
Just throwin' this out there...
I plan on riding up to the Wheels Through Time museum in the morning (10/27.)
Canton to Maggie Valley shows about 173 miles @ 3 hours 20 min... coarse that's just gettin' up there! I've not ever been, and wanna see all the cool bikes. Gotta pick up my winning raffle ticket for the 1936 Knucklehead that's being awarded on Nov 12th. Need not be present to win... good thing! I'll just have something else to celebrate down at the Floriduh rally!
Thinkin' I'll fire up about 7ish. Puts me in MV 'bout 11. Couple or three hours gaukin', then head back and get into the stable before dark.
Anybody wanna ride up?
Don't care what anybody says....
Spattered bugs look lot's better than dust on a bike!!!!
Just sayin'... Let's Ride!!

I have always wanted to go there as well but cannot make this. The museum at Barbers motorsport park in Birmingham is an awesome experience for motorcycles as well. We should take a spring ride out there, I know all the backroads and plenty of good eating places in that area since that used to be my 2nd home. Also know where I nice curvy road is with a motorcycle only restaurant is!

The museum is well worth the time ... and the scooters there are fantastic. I spent a whole day there in early August and recieved the "Grand Tour" from Dale himself. If you're a scooter fan ( of course you are ore you wouldn't be reading this ) you owe it to yourself to devote a day to this fantastic museum. Also, don't forget that they are talking about moving the museum ... so get to Maggie Valley now before they move to a "more convienent " location.
