Default GA Crew ride suggestions

As you suggest them I'll add them here so they are easy to find.

1) The Varsity - downtown for Carol's first experience

2) Wheels of Time in Maggie Valley

3) Honest Charley Speed Shop (http://www.honestcharley.com/) in Chattanooga and include a tour of Coker Tire (http://www.cokertire.com/).

4) Barber's

5) Little River Canyon in Alabama.
----Ride west to Alabama and head north, also you can continue north to Mentone and ride Lookout Mountain Pkwy into Chattanooga.

6) The Whistle Stop Cafe in Juliette, GA. The best fried green tomatoes ever! http://www.thewhistlestopcafe.com/

7) Homer Ga. www.vintagemeoriesinc/home.html

8)Tybee Island

9) Nashville

10) Dragon area

11)Ozark National Forest in Arkansas

12) some great roads around Watkinsville and the road from Athens to Thompson is very nice.

13) Random we have no idea where we are going, just follow the leader.

14) HWY 64 in TN

15) Lookout Mountain

16) Cherohala Skyway

17) Jack Daniels distillery.

Can head over to Gatlinburg and back across the Foothills Parkway then over to Cherohala Parkway, down through Robbinsville then up through the Nantahala Gorge on way back to Maggie.
It's a good place to home base from and the temps stay decent even in dead of summer.
Thunder in the Smokies is May 4-6 and from the ad below they are stepping up to the plate since the Cherokee Survivors Rally has been cancelled the last two years now.
Just a thought.

I'll keep this post for touristy ideas. As you suggest them I'll add them here so they are easy to find.

Time to start chipping way at some of these don't ya think? We haven't done one single big group ride. Gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about it, especially how everyone was pumped up at the beginning of the year. Is anyone else ready????

Just from my perspective, two words HOT and WET!!
OK a totaled truck and a bunch of travel had a little to do with my lack of scoot time too.
