Ohh will do....It's still early in our home sell here in FL, potential buyer is having her lawyer draw up contracts and stuff...It's moving along, but still very early in the process...Now in another week or 2 my story may be either, not moving yet, or I will have a date we are in N Ga. I'm hoping we can be in a new place in GA before Christmas...Thats my goal....

 

Well it's official, buyers have put a deposit down on my property in FL..North GA is looking like it's getting closer and closer!!

 

Congrats! Tough market to sale in, sold ours in July.

 

yeah we are not getting near the appraised value of our home....But we were so close to having it paid for we are walking away with a nice chunk....and with the price difference in property between GA mountains and FL, we should be able to get quite a bit of bang for our buck...

Well....We are moving forward, I was in Gilmer county last weekend house hunting....

I think we are settling on dahlonega/gainesville area....I have a job interview next week....hahah wont that be a kick in the head, get a job in the area before I have a place to live.
