Default "Tappets" aka lifters

I'm getting ready to round up the rest of my parts to get my Andrews 57h cam install in progress for my 2013sg. I plan to install a good set of lifters while I'm at it. I was leaning towards getting a set of woods directional lifters with fm pushrods but after some research I've read the woods lifters seem to take alittle longer than some of the others to pump up on a cold start. Gatorman seems to be another highly recommended lifter which I have read any negatives on. I'm open to other brands but really would like some advice from yall on your experiences with different brands. I'd love to heAr the good the bad and the ugly.

You might want to read the links below before you consider the Gaterman lifters...

Comp 850s are all ya need but if want to spend more go S&S. I'd stay away from gatorman. FM pushrods are very good but tricky to adjust. I'm more a fan of SE tapers. Good luck.

+ 1 on the 850s or the s&s standard lifters work well also.

Ok guys thanks for the info so far. A few guys are steering me away from gatermans lift so I will take that advice, thank you. So I guess I'm kinda steered in the woods or s&s direction. Anyone have any additional opinions on either of those?

I hear good things about Comp Cam 850's and at $60 set of 4 on Amazon a bargain to boot.
