Default street glide special brake vibration

Anyone else have problems with their brakes vibrating during use? Feels like warped rotors but dealer is still getting vibration with new rotors. Bike has been in shop for a week, they are waiting on word from moco. Fronts vibrate so bad that I fear the fairing will fall off ha ha. Rears are more like a pulsing.

Streetglide special with a brake vibration or streetglide with a special brake vibration? Lol

Might it be the wheel?

I am with dawg, make sure they balance the wheel and make sure the bearings are good. I am sure it is a new bike but I work with them everyday and it wouldn't be the first time. good luck!

Well I just crossed 10k miles wise and its a relatively new problem. Replaced rotors (under warranty) and rear tire to no avail. Vibrates violently in front only while braking hard, pulsates in the rear...bike been in the shop for a week and a half now. Maybe Harley will buy it back hahahahha!

I had this problem on my 2009 SG last spring after installing the HD Anarchy wheels and polished rotors. The problem was on the front wheel only. The front brake pulsating feedback was severe and worse with more brake pressure. Another set of bearings and rotors did not resolve the problem. After a week in the shop the dealer reinstalled the original wheels and tires.

My opinion is the wheel hub mount surface for the rotor was not machined to specifications resulting in rotor misalignment in the brake cylinder between the pads. When applying brake pressure the pads were not applying uniform pressure on both sides of the rotor causing the rotor to bend (in or out) and the pulsating feedback was from the pads not riding smoothly over the rotor cooling holes.
