Don't tear anything down just because you found little more oil then you put in, if you are really concerned then use some oil dye in the engine oil and put some fresh oil in the primary ride it hard for couple hundred miles drain primary and see if dye made it's way in to it. That seal is pretty reliable and if that seal is failing then you might have some other issues that has something to do with it.
I'm not too worried about it being much more than the crank seal and stator. The bike runs good and I did research the problem well. It's not super uncommon.
It's cold. I put the bike up on the jack stand, removed the plug and walked away for a half hour. The plug is at the low point in the primary. The last time the primary oil was changed was right about 6k miles two years ago when I changed the clutch spring. I am 100% certain I put in exactly one quart.
Draining it cold even less oil comes out, if you're saying you get a couple extra oz out you're jumping the gun on yanking the crank seal. Is your eng oil going down at the same time your primary is allegedly going up? If you change the oil cold as a rule the primary oil will be high constantly so your test is skewed from the get go.
