Either one works for me.
In Utah you get up to 4 characters, very limiting.

I agree, and I like the single word style better myself. Spells out SHARK,, figure the rest out...

And yes, we're lucky, standard plate gets 7,, specialized, (AF, USMC, etc... only get 4 or 5 with the emblem on left side of plate.

I'd go w/ SHARKNZ. Here's mine, parked near Sturgis a few weeks ago.

First one looks better. Like others have said I think most riders would see it right away.

I looked up the most expensive plate sold yesterday, it was the number 1 and sold for 14.3 mil.

So who knows in the years to come you may be able to make some money.

I likely would not like to anyone who paid $14 m for a personality plate declaring themselves to be # 1.

I have MFGNUS most people think it means "M---F------ GENIUS" - very very few people guess the real meaning. It should be obvious.

Question for those that say they don't care if anyone knows what their plate means. Why do you have it then?

How about = SRK NOZ ?

I like the first one. Like some states, NC also gets to use special characters. Here's mine...

I have it coz it's been my nic name ever since I can remember and it really doesn't matter to me if anyone knows that. If they ask, I tell them.

Jim, I'd go with just "SHARK".
