Spring Tension on the Hayden M6

I bought a Hayden when they first came out. I then started reading of the issues with the newer 103s and put it on the shelf.
I then heard of the newer springs....
When I wrote Hayden and told them I had the old springs and heard they came out with the new springs, the promptly sent me a set of the new ones.....
New springs on right.......older springs on left
Newer springs are certainly shorter.
I haven't installed mine yet, not sure if I will.... I'm having no problems with the OEM tensioner at the moment...

I installed mine when I first purchased my 14 limited (had about 1000 miles on it) back over a year ago.
The Install made the space of the shoe near bottoming out very tight and not like the specs in the instructions. Back then everyone kept getting mixed responses from hayden about not having the required clearance and some even modified the springs to give that proper clearance.
I never modded mine and ran it for about another 1,000 miles before going back to stock. It never had the whirring sound, but it did cause a Compensator Clunk if you blipped the throttle for any reason. I even pulled the primary cover again and checked the torque on the Comp nut and saw there was no wear on the ramps so I just pulled it and went back to the stock one.
