Default 2015 Police; My new RUSH Slip Ons Road Tested

My new 2015 FLHTP just was TOO quiet, even the wife commented on it.
It was time to give it a little sound. These were put on a STOCK bike no mods just bolted on.

Got my new 3.5 Rush Slip Ons with the dimpled tips today.
Installation was a breeze, The "Tips" can be mounted "slash up" or "slash down"

I like the slash up look so I mounted them that way pretty neat. Like the "dimples" on the tips they line up with the mounting bolts, very slick. 16 gauge steel good chrome too. So far I'm impressed.

One bolt holds baffle in be easy to change should I want to these are 2.25" in it now

Sounds pretty good, not a huge rumble but now can definitely hear it
When I blip the throttle it responds with a good bark I like that
Took it out for a 5 mile ride
Ran it to redline in a couple gears NO FLAT SPOTS! Very little pop

Rush claims it adds 5 HP to a stock bike. It runs better than before!

Now to put 200-300 hiway miles on it and see if the right pipe blues (lean)
It seems to like the Rush, so far so good
How's she look?

Looks great!! I have Rush pipes too. Expect them to get a little louder as they break in.

How much did you spend on these Rush slipons? Did you consider Screaming Eagle slipons?

King; I like your tips as well. Pretty neat, I may get that set too. "Samson" Look.

Hitch; Rush must have made a deal with the supplier. I got the pipes AND the tips
for $190 free ship and NO tax...too good to pass, and so far glad I didn't.
