Just another way to get $199 or so out of us. I agree, it looks terrible. My dealer puts the covers on nearly every one. Mine came with them already installed.

Guess they should have been black so you wouldn't notice. And maybe add the directional light bar like pretty 14 Ultra Limiteds that had an "unfinished rear end".

Salesman told me they were designed to allow better airflow to keep the rear end more stable. Not sure if there's any truth to that or not. I installed the CD Fillerz as soon as I got mine home.

They really do need lights or fillers. I also miss the chrome saddlebag rails, after all it's supposed to be a "dresser". I am putting both rails and chrome fillers on my '15 Limited. That way it will look like it is finished.

LOL, so they closed them up on the CVO's and other models so those bikes would be more unstable ? Salesman : do they think we are that dumb ?
