Default Quick front fork question.

2003 Electra Glide

Stock forks W/race tech springs

I'm changing out the front tire (Stock wheel) and front fender. I noticed when I was pulling the fender the fork legs spin on the tubs. Not alot but a little. is this normal? The bolts on the bottom of the forks are tight.

Is it normal? Yes. There is nothing in their construction to prevent them from doing that. The seals in particular, plus the bushings to a degree, provide resistance to twisting.
