Pretty sure the deuce wheel is 6" wide, so no. I have a 17x6 softail wheel and 200 tire on my '09 Elecrtaglide but your '06 swingarm is too narrow for a 200.

I have an Avon Venom 160/70 in mine, which is actually measured at 167mm wide. I also have a rear fender which fits dead centre in the frame, so clearance each side is equal, but very close. I use a 1 1/8" belt, which is darned close to the rear tyre. If you use non-stock pulley and rotor, as I have, you will need to use a blanking disc (stock Harley part) each side, to close off the holes to the centre of the wheel (to keep water out).

I understand early CVO models used a similar wide wheel and also a wider rear fender. I shopped for ages looking for one but was never successful, hence I use a stock one. Certainly a wider fender would make life easier, however clearance between tyre and belt is darned close.
