200mm deuce ??
I have a 06 deuce with stock 17 x 4.5 chrome rear wheel. I have a pro one sinnister wheel on the front with matching pulley and rotors. I'm wanting to upgrade to a matching sinnister rear wheel and a 200 tire. What size wheel and what other things do I need to accomplish this? I'm wanting to keep the pro one pulley that matches my wheels. Please be specific. Just wider rim, tire, and what else??
Thanks for the help
Thanks for the help
probably custom spacers... there is a very detailed deuce 200mm conversion thread that someone did. Pics and detailed instructions. the whole 9. I don't feel like searching for it, but it's here somewhere...
I second the do a search suggestion. I have an '05 and put a 170 Metzler on it because of all the conflicting information on ease of 200 swap. I don't think the front tire/rim needs to be considered but thanks for including. I suspect that the rear rim may influence your swap since the stock width Deuce seems to only need spacers...but then again info is conflicting and your rim will probably impact the installation...sprocket? belt? Wish I could help other than suggest a search and MAYBE you'll find good info. Have you looked in tires/wheels section of this forum? Maybe ask there AFTER your search. John

you need an 18 x5.5 wheel!! you can run a 180 with no mods, thats what i have on at the moment!
to go to a 200,all you need apart from the 18x5.5, is the narrower 7/8" belt and pulley!
the original 1 1/8" belt will clear a 180 safely, a 200 needs the narrower belt!
