We wound up down at Red River HD by Wichita fall Texas. I gotta hand it to you guys they are a dang friendly bunch there and nice facilitiy, i was able to research some parts for my RG and all in all was a postive experiance there, Now we didnt have anythign seefviced or make any major purchases, but they staff there was great. was a good personal atmosphere, not a your just a checkbook like i have ran into. after we left there we kinda set a lazy pace and headed home stopping at a cpl places to throw down some chow and just genrally chilling, i think when the wife and i got home it was just over a 400 mile day and a heck of a lotta fun. in a nutshell RR HD is well worht stopping by at and a big thansk to bret and jim, 2 forum mebers i meet on here that invited us. it was another one of those trips that maybe didnt go for days and break any land speed or endurance records but one of those you never forget.

RE: the Okies are coming, The Okies are coming
Glad you had a good time. I live in NM and the wife and I are planning a road trip for our anniversary. There is no way she can do 400 mi in one day. We have a lot of casinos around here, and I want to avoid them. Was thinking of Ruidoso, but again, there is a casino, and the wife and I always fight about her gambling. Any advice for a trip leaving out of Albuquerque, less than 200 mi in any direction?
