I just picked up my new to me 06 EGC on thursday I had it out friday and yesterday. I took it to work I was able to do so many things that I would not have been able to do on my Fatboy.Listen to tunes being at the top of the list. I wasnt sure if I would want to keep the tour pack on but after seeing how useful it is I dont think Ill ever take it off. I almost bought a bagger in 03 but went with the Fatty instead. I love that bike too but being married now the wife thinks she'll enjoy this ride of the EGC more. Have to keep the wife happy. I cant wait to get it out for its first day long ride then maybe a trip out of town. Also to everyone that says its an old man bike, I will be 30 in August and I wish I would have bought a bagger as my first bike when I was 22. Yeah those choppers look cool but nothing beatsa bagger imo. Btw I knew I would like the bagger as I am very fortunate to have a friends dad who let me ride his EGSmanytimes.[sm=icon_rock.gif]

Congrats, I recently traded an Ultra for an '07 FLHTC. The only thing that the Classic didn't have that I wanted was cruise control, and I had it added before delivery.

Get Cruise! You can thank me later .. LOL

I recently bought my first bagger and couldn't be happier. I had Bigdog Choppers in the past an 04 and a 06 k-9. I bought the 07 Street Glide about 8 weeks ago and I too wish I had bought a bagger years ago. The wife enjoys the ride alotmore, and like you said listening to the music while riding is great

I couldn't agree more. Radio, cruise control and the ability to carry stuff is awesome. Eventualy most will see the light that we already have.
